We are happy to announce that Hadromi & Partners is now affiliated for general commercial corporate and financial matters with the prestigious London based law firm of Bond Pearce (www.bondpearce.com). In addition, Hadromi & Partners has also recently established an affiliation with the Singaporean law firm of Joseph Tan Jude Benny (JTJB) (www.jtjb.com) which is internationally recognised for its shipping and maritime law practice. For foreign direct investment and intellectual property right issues in China, Hadromi & Partners is affiliated with Lehman, Lee & Xu (www.lehmanlaw.com), one of the largest lawfirms in China.

Hadromi & Partners has also recently participated with several speakers from the firm in the presentation of a seminar titled Indonesian Customs, Procedure & Indirect Tax in Singapore held by Singapore Accountancy Academy. In the past, Hadromi & Partners has held various seminars & workshops including the heralded Derivatives 2000 concentrating on Managing Legal Risks, Negotiation & Documentation in Jakarta for financial institutions as well as derivative brokers and traders.

In the short future Hadromi & Partners will participate in speaking at a Conference titled Employment Law & Tax for Asian Countries to be held on 30 November 2006 in Singapore organised by Key Media Pte Ltd. We will also be speaking at the London Chamber of Commerce in the seminar "Insight into Indonesia" on 7 December 2006 in London, UK.

Other future seminars under the auspices of the various Indonesian embassies are planned for London, Berlin, Frankfurt and various other European commercial centers on doing business in Indonesia.
